Description

Double sided adhesive paper strip with attractant guaranteeing efficient trapping of houseflies (Musca domestica).

Product use

Gently pull the flytrap by the red ribbon, while turning it at the same time, taking care not to tear it. Hang it using a thumbtack or hook, ideally in the centre of the room. Do not hang the flytrap in direct sunlight or in a draught.

Product benefits

The key parameter of our product is the quality of our glue. It is optimally set up to ensure the best possible adhesive power and the power essential to pull the Flycatcher out of the tube. The stickiness and quick tack is in the best ratio to catch a fly even in case of a very soft contact. The viscosity of the glue is set up so that the glue does not flow down from the glued tape when used in wide temperature range. It is ensured that the glue does not drain down to the floor.

Our glue has been developed in a long-term cooperation with the Slovak Academy of Science. The efficiency has been laboratory tested and compared with competitive products. The tests prove that our Flycatchers belong to the most effective products. By using Ecostripe Attractive, you’ll reduce your need for chemical sprays and poisons.

Our glued tape has the largest active surface worldwide thanks to its length and width. The length is a very important parameter of the efficiency as it has been found out that the flies like to approach the flycatcher from bellow. This effect is apparent while checking a used Flycatcher full of flies the glued tape is more covered with flies at the bottom.

The production of Flycatchers in the company Papírna Moudrý, s.r.o. has followed the long traditional manufacturing of Flycatchers in Zidlochovice, which started in 1937.
