This is a zinc plated wire cage trap. It is designed to catch mice or other small rodents alive.
Product use
Turn the trap upside down and open the trap by rotating of the moving part. Lure the mouse into the wire trap by placing some bait inside the trap. Below are a few of the best lures we recommend you try. Use cheese, sausage, bacon, nuts, peanut butter or other sweet smelling food, try something what is not normally found in their natural environment. Then close the trap again and turn it back. The wire enclosure at the bottom of the mouse trap allows for bait odor dispersal and allows the mice to see the bait from the outside. Traps should be placed where rodents are likely, but out of the reach of children and pets.
Mice can easily detect the smell of humans, so wear gloves when handling the trap. The rodent will easily climb up the wire mesh and through the center hole the mouse will stretch to reach the lure. There is a bunch of wires sticking out inside the trap and that allows the mouse to be captured. Make sure to check your traps frequently, several times a day to avoid unnecessary animal suffering.
