Description

The special glue developed for the protection of fruit trees against creeping insects and for the preparation of various glue traps. The glue can be sprayed directly on ripe tree bark  from a distance of 5 cm to 10 cm, forming a thin, continuous coating up to 5 cm wide. Apply only to dry trunks, at least 50 cm above ground. This sticky barrier does not allow the creeping insects to come to the tree-top and damage the fruits.

It can also be sprayed onto various materials such as cardboard and plastic wrap. Catchers prepared like this can be hung in tree tops or stuck in the soil next to plants to immobilize caterpillars, larvae and adult insects.

The adhesive surface is fully active one day after the application. Shake well before use. Don’t turn upside down during application.

Areas of application

Fruit trees, ornamental trees, greenhouse plants, vegetables, house plants and field crops. Glue is used for monitoring and detection of attack or the occurence of following pests: Flea beetles, Whiteflies, Aphids, Weevils, Fungus Gnats, Thrips, Leafminers, Cherry-fruit flies, ants, Geometer moths and Scale insects.

The glue in spray is efficient at places where bands for tree and plant protection cannot be used. It is convenient for protection of shrubs and young trees with thin trunks where adhesive bands are difficult to be placed. It makes a 100% barrier even on rough tree trunk. It can be used on young trees only if the trees already have their outer layer of bark (rhytidome). Moreover the easy way of the application makes this product essential for people interested in gardening. The way of application is cost-saving and suits to beginners as well as professionals.

The glue is non-phytotoxic (not harmful for plants) and can be safely used directly onto trees and plants. The glue is registered and certificated with relevant authorities.
