Description

Wasp trap with PET bottle is designed to protect your garden, balcony or terrace from insects causing nuisance. It catches wasps, hornets, flies or fruit flies. The trap works without the use of harsh chemicals. To attract wasps, use fruit syrup, juice, wine vinegar or similar sweet liquids. The holder is designed to avoid insects flying out of the bottle. Wasp Trap PET can also be used to protect fruit orchards or vineyards. It is not suitable for indoor use or catching mosquitoes.

Instructions for use:

Fill up the included PET bottle with lure such as syrup, sweet fruit juice or beer. Insert the holder into the PET bottle neck and place in areas which you want to protect from nuisance insects. The insect is lured into the trap and gets captured inside.

Instructions for making simple lures for PET bottle

Wasps, hornets and flies:200 ml beer, 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey. OR
200 ml water, 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey and 50 ml red wine vinegar.

Fruit flies: 100 ml of apple vinegar, 50 ml of red wine and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Simple homemade lures do not lure pollinators (honeybees, bumblebees). For increased efficiency change lure every 15-20 days.
